I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times on all 3 devices, uninstalling, unplugging and reinstalling, power cycling the modem/router and checking to be sure i am on my home network.
The beta xfinity roku app stopped working entirely for me after i signed up for xfinity flex saying that the beta app didn't support my service
