If one of the users who pays for that patreon took some time to copy the content and upload it to kemono then yes anyone can view and access that content, there is another site called coomer which is for onlyfans content only. That's difficult because reddit disassociates all posts/comments once a user deletes their account.the comments will still exist but you won't be able to see the username who made them, it will just say something like [deleted], so in turn their old u/username profile won't have anything there due to them being disassociated I would assume (so don't quote me on this) that old snapshots that.
