My broadway limited steam locomotive makes sounds but will not move It can't do even simple lighting programming (like keeping the front light on even in reverse), has very little sound programming flexibility, and in general is poorly executed in its command structure. I have heard i should lubricate my locomotives regularly

Paragon 4 upgrades are available for any older ho scale bli engine as long as it has been produced in paragon 3 or 4 at least once If the engine has not been produced in paragon 3 or 4, then we can still perform the upgrade, however sounds from a different engine will need to be used.
