(1) each residential facility will have a fire safety and emergency response plan approved by the state/local authority that at a minimum, addresses the actions to be taken in the event of a fire, tornado, or other natural disaster. In the event the relocation exceeds 30 days, please contact dodd to begin the closure process, or request consideration for an extension
