Been on phone and at computer all morning and afternoon trying to get pnc direct connect working again. As you have observed, the missing transactions is a data missing issue, not an issue where transactions. Anyone having issues again with downloading from pnc bank
It says it connects and there's nothing to download but i know that is wrong. In some cases, the missing transactions will download days or weeks later but often they will never download For several days i have not been able to connect to pnc bank to have my accounts updated in quicken.

Since then 3 transactions have posted to the pnc account I just tried to update the account in quicken — it reports a successful connection but no new transactions. Trying to reconnect to pnc bank for one step update, the pnc screen that you go to to verify your accounts has just said service unavailble for weeks and weeks now. As of may 17, 2023, direct connect to pnc is not working
I have reached out to both quicken and pnc
The quicken support team mentioned that this is a pnc bank issue I spent more than one hour with the pnc support people I still cannot connect and update pnc accounts in quiken and have also lost a direct connection to pnc Yes, downloading from pnc with the express web connect+ (ewc+) connection method has had a problematic history for many months in that sometimes some transactions will not download
