I want to create the font effect on the philidelphia eagles logo @hyrez, the video (thanks for pointing me to it, is that dutch?) seems to show the lasso tool. I have the correct font, but i need the top of the letters straight with the bottom curved like this

I've tried the distort>bulge effect and installed magnifier and powerstretch but they don't allow you to properly control the. As of this time, lasso is the prime source of my pdn frustration How can i do text bubbles?thx for the help

As i am new to this beautiful program which tutorials should i read to make text bubbles

As i don't know how to create layers. Philadelphia,pa author posted june 28, 2008 barkbark00 said: You can give the appearance of broken glass pretty simply Highlight a portion of your image with the rectangle select. 2

Choose move selected pixels. 3 Move the selected portion away from your original image (giving it a cracked look) Do the same with the rest of the image until you get the desired effect Make sure to add a background before you get started

Just wondering if there are any options/good ways to use paint.net as image viewer

I'm thinking about a next button showing the next image in the current directory etc Do i simply not find it or is there no option for these things Would be nice if you coul get rid of your ia. Here's an effect that tom wrote

It basically just goes through the image and analyzes the hue and saturation values of the pixel, checks it against the range specified by the user, and then takes the appropriate action, which may be a hue shift, saturation sh. I need to slightly rotate an image, but only find 90,180 & 270 degree rotation functions

The zoom rotate command doesn't seem to have a way to strighten a photo that was taken crooked

Can anyone tell me how to go about straightening a crooked photo ? That may be a poor way to ask this What i mean is i want to select an area, and then make that selection conform to a specified dimension, like 5 x 7, or 8 x 10 I'd also like to move the selected area around before i finally crop it

I can do this in an old microsoft product As @toe_head2001 pointed out, i *would* use the magic wand too to select this image for a project
