I don't have access at the moment to the equipment's service manual and i don't know the type of ssd supported It is a little door on the back of the computer that has a m.2 slot under it I used a crucial pcie 3.0 nvme m.2 ssd and it doesn't look like the bios recognised it at all. Finally, i've also tried powering off my machine, removing the battery (it's a laptop), holding the power button for 20 seconds and turning on again, but that didn't change anything
