If i disable the service it resets my cpu cooler. I bought the led keeper to test bulbs There are two wires per bulb What i’m finding is the one wire will do nothing when tested The other will light the lights to the left of it.

If i mute it when the screen turns off and on it starts again, i believe that's because of the led power saving mode option The only way to stop it is by forcing it through the tasks manager, but still, only until you boot again.
