I would go with bioshock 1 just to understand the setting and gameplay If you like it, then move to bioshock 2 and minerva's den, and finally bioshock infinite. Trueand honestly that makes sense because this game has been in development since 2014 and bioshock 4 had only recently been in development since 2019 (they started technically in 2016 with the city being in the 60s in the antarctic called borealis and parkside but i think they cancelled that and have since started over and went back to square one)
