Hi all i have just had an interesting conversation with a customer service advisor at m&s I recently (foolishly) responded to an email purporting to be a survey with an m&s afternoon tea hamper as a free reward. I have only had 1 offer on my sparks card since christmas.
The m&s website had no such offers, which raised my suspicions even further My partner wanted to return an m&s item from her ipad but there does not seem to be an option from the app to print the label (we have airprint that works fine with other apps.) the only option in both the iphone/ipad app is to download the returns label but in fact it just shows it on the screen with no option to print or save it to print later. Then i googled marks & spencer wine offer fraud and it brought me to the mse forum.
