If you have say airstrike and railgun you don't exactly need more armor pen strats, you need to cover your weakness of mowing down a horde after you take out the chargers. Its probably more so mid tier looking back, but sawsbuck just doesnt really bring enough to the table imo Like lets say you do run a sun team to make use of chlorophyll, its going to be really hard to make any use of its 100 base attack when so many higher tier mons are physically defensive walls. The tier list we have isn't related to altema and we often rate most stuff lower to give a more accurate idea

In our list, 9.5 is extremely high We have her there due to her being a beast at speed clearing but falling off a little bit in longer fights due to some long sct recovery.
