Outlook wasn't syncing her email i think due to microsoft switching to exchange and deleting the account and starting over was supposed to be the fix. I'm using the outlook focused inbox feature and currently i don't have an email workflow in which i archive emails i no longer need I would like to switch to that, but i need to start from a blank.
