Does anyone have any other suggestion Ive tried a whole bunch of suggestions online, such as clearing my download cache, changing download regions, restarting my pc, restarting steam, checking for network driver updates. That is if i presume you are not using steam beta versions because i don't so clearly it might a bug or another change the company decided to make but since i'm not using beta versions The estimative time can still be calculated at download page under library section in the client.
