The test only runs if i briefly turn the master brightness knob on and off agai. What am i doing wrong When my friend and i were flying together, his weather radar showed bad weather, but on my side, some of it didn't show or only partially showed

Using the latest clean installed version of the a321, my aircraft is not displaying any sort of weather on the nd at any point regardless of settings I've tried multiple configurations of the wxr panel to no avail I was having a similar issue prior to 12.3 with wxr not showing at all on the nd,.
