Since i am not in hr, or an adp admin, i am not allowed to contact adp support for some reason, and our hr department is technologically illiterate so i highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own I also find that the reporting dashboard provides alot of useful insight for snapshots of data. Might be a manual process but shouldn’t take too long. There is a ton of free training available through adp workforce now They also have the bridge which is an online community forum There are also numerous youtube tutorials
