I was extremely impressed with the whole thing and it’s clearly set up to prominently display the listing agent’s information which i’m obviously a fan of. I got scammed on zillow, now what I was looking for rental housing in the columbus, oh area and found a nice home that had been on the market for 3 months Shocked that a nice house could still be on the market, i emailed the leasing agent to see if it was actually available

That evening i email about the availability.

Zillow offered 379 (approximately 364 after fees and repairs) and open door offered 365 (344 after fees) This is a really competitive offer and above what the comps area for my area I did notice that both websites used a couple residential houses that sold for over 400k to base their offer I wonder if that is a mistake?

On zillow os app, click on the “ saved homes” icon at the bottom of the page > click “contact rentals > then “message” at the top of the page Please leave a comment if it worked. Given zillow's popularity, the listings get plenty of visibility and generate an adequate number of leads for my units The screening app is fairly simple and the background check info is not super detailed, but both work well enough for my needs.
