I started learning flutter recently and i noticed even if vscode closed openjdk platform binary stays open and uses too much ram I can't open or run my.jar file Should i force close it on task manager everytime i finished workin.
It may be relevant that there are multiple of these java platform se binary programs open, sometimes up to three, but only one will be using excessive cpu, the others will use about 3% each I have found that on windows most usage of java is done using javaw. Any ideas how i can fix this issue
Simple programs were working quickly previously, but now they are very intensive for seemingly no reason.
Right click on openjdk platform binary Then it will show java/javaw.exe then go to the top where it shows the folder and click on the jdk then right copy the path, boom (wont work for apps using bundled jre paths/runtimes, because it will show path to the bundled runtime) I compiled this program against a jdk 1.8.0 (instead of jdk 15.0.1) and now only the java (tm) platform se binary shows up.
