Just realized you don't need the oculus app installed to use virtual desktop had to do a fresh windows install and wanted to try virtual desktop without installing the oculus pc app, just launch the streamer and the app on the quest and it works no problem (even better than before for me) really happy it works !! I've tried everything i could find on the support page and older strands, does anyone have any fixes. I adore the quest 2, i use it constantly, and i think the hardware is excellent

Interestingly, setting the oculus vr runtime service startup type to manual in windows services causes roblox to crash even quicker. What finally fixed my oculus rift s black screen issue like many others that have encountered this problem, i attempted the list of common solutions that resolved their issues, but none of them worked for me and my headset remained unusable. While installing the software, it went from 10 mb/s to 2 kb/s and just drastically changed throughout the whole installation, now its been stuck at around 1 kb/s for the past 30 minutes and im really confused I have 200/200 internet upload/download.
