For like 2 months i have not been able to login to my chase app Learn about budgeting, saving, getting out of debt, credit, investing, and retirement planning The app says it’s down and to try the website, i try the website

I’ve been trying to unlock my card but every time i’m greeted with the same “this part of our site isn’t working right now” Is anyone else facing this problem So maybe i can put it off as simple maintenance. Have you attempted basic troubleshooting

(different web browsers, clear change/cookies, etc.) if so and still nothing call chase customer service and get connected to their online support team they may need to open a ticket I also tried logging into chase via the browser and i got the same username/password combination doesn't exist issue Anyone else having this problem, or just me? Chase gives the option to check the box “use token” but i can’t find anywhere on how to setup a token or anything like that

Alternatively i wouldn’t mind using google authenticator to generate codes, but i much prefer a physical token anytime i need to login.
